The Latest   The verdict is in!

It's guilty, of course.

The punishment? Well...that takes a bit more explaining.

In summary, though, the University has gone on the record as saying "If you choose to question the authority or integrity of Judicial Affairs or the Hearing Officer in any case, not only will every department who has the power to correct these problems ignore you, but you will be punished more severely than you would have, had you not questioned our authority."

This should scare you. It sure scares me.

Read all about the ending details of the case, including where specific documents are and where I've been for the past two weeks; also, take a gander at the official sentence, and the hearing officer's finding of fact, where the University takes its position that students need to check their first amendment rights when stepping onto campus.

As always, I welcome questions and comments about this case, so feel free to email me.
